Join Claire Garland and others at the historic pre-Revolutionary Grover House (built in 1730) as some of the events of 1776 are discussed.

Welcome to all community members interested in learning more about the American Revolution and the effect it had on communities, soldiers, people of color, Native Americans, African Americans, and women. 

This is the third of four meetings and each meeting will cover two chapters of the book, 1776 by David McCullough. We will discuss chapters 5 & 6 this month. On April 23rd, the final discussion will take place in thr History Room and Middletown Township Public Library, see below
