How is the cut plan used
Here is a drawing (plus a few calculations, plus construction steps) showing how to cut both sides from 4 sheets of plywood. The layout is the secret. The calculation show a gap between 3 and 5 inches between the two sides. Also important is the two are mirror images so the glued on butt blocks will be inside, not outside, the boat.
