- MISSION STATEMENT: We aim to preserve the knowledge and instill an appreciation of our local New Jersey maritime heritage through educational programs that teach wooden boatbuilding skills, preserve the maritime history of Monmouth County regional boatbuilders, and protect the marine environment through experiential education program of River Rangers exploration of the waterfront.
