12/5/07 – John Scarano, Albany NY “Scarano Boatbuilding”

Scarano Boats in Albany, New York is famous for building some of the prettiest and most historically interesting power and sailboats in the United States.

John Scarano, the chief designer at Scarano Boats, showed how he designs vessels that are true to their historical forebears, but often use the most modern materials and conform to all modern US Coast Guard certified passenger vessel requirements.
